Sports Performance

At Absolute Performance Training we pride ourselves on the notion that every athlete strives to become faster, stronger, and more explosive thereby improving sport performance. For this reason we provide a variety of individualized and sport specific programs designed to meet these needs in the Buffalo and surrounding areas. Our programs can be tailored to meet the needs of any sport by understanding the metabolic and strength needs in detail. Our training programs are designed specifically to educate and enhance athletes:

Within our program we focus on three main components, which are training, nutrition, and recovery. Our goal is to enhance athlete’s physical and athletic potential and through giving each individual the tools to achieve results in each of these components makes for results that are unmatched.

Team Training:

Our Team Training programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for an entire sport teams. Team Training programs are built to be sport relevant with medicine ball strengthening, bodyweight resisted power development, energy system development, speed & agility that apply directly to specific sports demands. We work with all sports. Team training is scheduled by appointment.

Group Training:

Our group training program is designed for the dedicated middle school, high school and collegiate athlete. Our programs provide you the flexibility accommodate your busy academic and athletic schedule. You have over 20 classes per week to choose from. Before you begin our program you will complete a physical therapy and an on-field athletic assessment. Based on your assessment you will be given an individualized program unique to you and relevant to the sport(s) you play. Our programs are designed to improve every facet of your game. We provide endless combinations of agility and speed skill training so competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on strength and power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output. We put an emphasis on nutrition, mobility, flexibility, and pre/posthab to increase performance and decrease chance of injury.


The Absolute Performance Training programs for professional and elite athletes are designed to provide peak physical stimulus that pushes the absolute limitations of elite athletic performance. One-on-One or very small group settings (3-5) are implemented with the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning movement.

Speed & Agility:

Our speed and agility sessions will be held 1-2 days per week and consist of on-field work with top level strength and speed specialists. We will incorporate flexibility and mobility movements to also build better range of motion and increase the health and structure of the athlete’s body.

Adolescent Training:

Our Adolescent curriculum places a high priority on your child’s running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. Our Adolescent program is conducted in 60 minute sessions and designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. Workouts are usually scheduled as one on one work outs or in small groups.
