Bootcamp AP is our new functional group adult fitness class. Bootcamp AP is a great option for people who want to get results but aren’t comfortable with complex movements or lifting heavy weights yet. Our Bootcamp will mostly use bodyweight movements, kettlebells, bands, med balls, dumbbells, and cardio equipment. The focus will be on toning, core strength, weight loss, and cardio endurance.
Our trainers will coach and motivate you through a one hour intense circuit training session programed to reach your fitness goals. Workouts are constantly varied and are always scalable, which means we can adapt all movements to fit your present fitness level while you improve. This is great program for those just wanting to tone and get in great physical shape or for a new athlete before they move to our CrossFit program.
