6 Week Transformation Challenge

We are going to give you every last bit of information that you will need to make sure that you get the most out of the upcoming 6 weeks and look your best for the summer!

The FREE Kick Off Meeting will take place at Absolute Performance Training (Located in the Eastern Hills Mall rear parking lot inside Sports Performance Park) on Saturday April 29th at 8:00am.)

The contest will run from May 1st- June 9th. Over $500 in prizes are up for grabs for both the best team and best individual transformations!

Rules

  • $99 current members.
  • $249 per person (team of 5) includes three (3) Adult Performance/CrossFit workouts per week and other benefits.
  • $499 per person (team of 5) includes 2 Semi-private coaching sessions per week AND 2 Adult Performance/CrossFit sessions per week plus many more benefits.

• $250 to the team with the greatest TRANSFORMATION* in 6 weeks (*Results based on combination of total inches, body fat %, and weight lost. In the event of a tie total weight lost, clothing size lost, commitment to program, journaling and inches lost during the program will be considered.)
• Bonus: Individual best TRANSFORMATION* will win $100! (*Results based on measurement improvements and photo results.)

  • Regardless of the membership package that a person chooses they will be eligible for both prizes.
  • A Team must consist of Five (5) members, 3 must be non-members (no obligation to join after).
  • All Team members can be nonmembers.
  • There will only be three weigh-ins total during the length of the challenge The beginning weigh-in and measurement must take place between April 28th-May 2th. The Halfway point weigh-in must take place between May 19th-May 22nd. The final weigh in must be completed between June 9th– June 12th.
  • All contestants must Weigh-in with their coach at each visit on LOCATION.
  • All contestants must complete the information and liability forms.
  • All contestants are recommended to complete three to four workouts per week in a combination of strength training, cardiovascular and boot camp training programs for maximum results.
  • Mandatory check-ins are to be done every week. Check-ins will consist of meeting with coaches to discuss training, food logs, sleep patterns, etc. If any team member misses a check-in the entire team will be disqualified from competition. You must complete your check-in before the deadline dates. (It is the responsibility of the team to make sure that each member checks in on time)
  • The First, halfway, and last Weigh-ins will take place without shoes.
  • All weigh ins must take place at Absolute Performance training and completed by a Coach.
  • A minimum of ten (5) teams must take place for the team contest/prizes to take place.
  • No refunds are given after the registration fee is paid, with the exception of not meeting minimum team requirements.

The Grand Prize remains the same even if teams exceed ten (5).

  • Individualized program designed for you by our expert fat loss trainers
  • Two (2) Semi-private training sessions per week
